Delete Account

You have the right to delete your KnowKnow account and all associated data at any time. Please read the information below before proceeding.

Delete Account from the App (Profile → Settings)

  1. 1Open the KnowKnow app and sign in to your account.
  2. 2Tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar to open your profile page.
  3. 3Tap "Settings".
  4. 4Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
  5. 5Read the confirmation message, then tap "Confirm Delete" to complete.

What will be deleted

  • Your account profile and personal information
  • All conversation history and dietary records
  • Nutrition analysis data and goals
  • Any preferences and settings

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Data may be retained for up to 30 days in backup systems before being fully purged.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to sign in or access the app, you can submit a deletion request by email. Please include your registered email address in your message.
